Most people hate being in front of the lens, so getting great photos of your staff can be challenging. Over the years I’ve become expert at taking portraits of non-models. The key is to put them at their ease, direct well and work quickly. These are some staff portraits examples for Bentley,  taken at their production facility in Crewe.
